Out of the friendship built 20 years ago with Georgetown’s Sister City, Tahara, Japan, sprouted the Yuko-en Japanese Friendship Garden, which will celebrate its 10th anniversary this weekend.

“This is the people’s garden,” Yuko-en volunteer Linda Glass said…..(the rest isnt yet available on-line)
