We’re here for a while

If you are a homeowner, take a look around your house:  like it?  Doesn’t matter.  Good or bad, you’re probably going to be there for a while.

Sure, some people will sell their houses this year and maybe for even close to what they got for them a couple of years ago.  But for most of us we’re staying put.  We can’t afford to leave – either because we can’t afford something where we want to be, because we can’t bear the thought of losing precious “equity,” or simply because ain’t no one buying.
